Roofing & Siding Takeoff Estimator – PlanSwift

About the role

F5 Global Talent is seeking an experienced Roofing & Siding Takeoff Estimator with strong PlanSwift expertise to support U.S. construction projects. This full‑time remote position is open to candidates located in India or the Philippines and requires working U.S. business hours (approximately 8 AM‑5 PM EST/CST).

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for roofing, EIFS, siding and related exterior scopes using architectural plans and elevations.
• Use PlanSwift to create accurate takeoff models directly from drawings.
• Identify and flag missing information, discrepancies or scope gaps rather than making assumptions.
• Produce clear, documented quantity reports that can be reviewed by estimators and project managers.
• Organise takeoff data for easy review and coordinate updates across project revisions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout each project and respond to stakeholder queries.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on construction takeoff experience, specifically with roofing, EIFS or siding.
• Proven proficiency with PlanSwift.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural floor plans and elevations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in quantity calculations.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet U.S. business‑hour schedules.
