Risk & Quality Manager (CPA) – Up to 120K

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Risk & Quality Manager to lead quality assurance, risk management, and compliance initiatives for a global accounting firm. You will oversee the QA function, ensure adherence to audit standards and company policies, and drive operational effectiveness across engagements while mentoring a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage quality assurance initiatives to improve operational effectiveness.
• Oversee internal audits and quality reviews, ensuring compliance with audit standards and company policies.
• Guide, mentor, and develop team members to achieve high performance.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Drive adherence to risk management frameworks and best practices.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and support client satisfaction.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field; CPA certification required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in audit, risk, or quality assurance roles.
• Strong understanding of audit standards, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing QA functions.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
