Risk Officer (Hybrid)

About the role

The Risk Officer will support Lendi Group’s risk management, compliance assurance, and governance activities. Working within the centralised Risk, Compliance & Legal (CRL) team, you will help maintain a safe, trusted, and well‑controlled operating environment across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the CRL team with risk, compliance, legal, and governance tasks.
• Conduct assurance activities to strengthen risk management and operational effectiveness.
• Support compliance monitoring, assurance reviews, and control testing across business units.
• Maintain accurate records in the risk management system, including incidents, KRIs, and actions.
• Help with ASIC reference checks, supplier risk assessments, and broker governance processes.
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements to enhance governance, compliance, and risk outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet operational, regulatory, and governance objectives.
