Revenue Cycle Trainer

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Revenue Cycle Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that support its revenue cycle operations. You will work onsite in Taguig City, primarily on night shifts, and may also conduct virtual sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classroom‑based and virtual training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
• Develop and deliver training materials on revenue cycle systems, applications, processes, and procedures.
• Facilitate onboarding, refresher courses, and schedule and track training activities.
• Prepare guides, manuals, documentation, and e‑learning modules.
• Partner with leadership and quality teams to identify training needs and implement solutions.
• Analyze training data, prepare reports, and evaluate effectiveness.
• Provide guidance on training methodologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of IV/Auth experience and at least 1 year of training experience, preferably within a revenue cycle function.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, healthcare, education, or related field.
• Strong understanding of insurance verification, authorization processes, and HIPAA regulations.
• Excellent English communication skills (minimum CEFR B2).
• Experience working with US healthcare providers or payers is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with EMR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint.
