Revenue Accountant I

About the role

We are looking for a Revenue Accountant I to join our Manila accounting team. The role supports the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements while ensuring compliance with accounting policies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, record, analyze and report accounting transactions, maintaining accurate ledger accounts.
• Reconcile general ledger balances and produce month‑end financial statements, including balance sheets and profit‑and‑loss statements.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis against budgets.
• Prepare statutory accounts and other regulatory reports.
• Support cash management, treasury activities and internal controls, including SOX and accounting controls.
• Document accounting projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor service delivery metrics for the Record‑to‑Report (R2R) team, ensuring KPI and SLA compliance.

Required profile

• College degree in accounting, finance or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to follow established procedures and solve routine accounting problems.
• No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for own contributions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Understanding of statutory, tax and regulatory compliance.
