Retention Head – Hybrid Day Shift in Ortigas

About the role

We are looking for a Retention Head to lead a pioneering retention team for News Corp Australia. Based in Ortigas, Manila, you will work on a hybrid day‑shift schedule, using subscriber insights to deepen loyalty, extend tenure and protect revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing retention team from the ground up.
• Design and implement retention strategies that increase subscriber loyalty and tenure.
• Analyze subscriber data and insights to identify opportunities for revenue protection.
• Collaborate with global leaders and cross‑functional teams to align retention initiatives.
• Monitor key performance indicators and report on team performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading retention, customer service or similar teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule on a day‑shift basis.
