About the role
As a Retail Store Assistant at Anko, you will be the front‑line face of our innovative home and lifestyle brand. You will help create a welcoming shopping environment, support customers in finding products, and ensure smooth store operations. You will collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals and contribute to a safe, organized environment.
Key responsibilities
- Unpack and move merchandise, locate items on the floor, and keep shelves stocked.
- Accurately process transactions at the point‑of‑sale system.
- Create a positive atmosphere for customers, assisting them with product inquiries.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Follow safety guidelines and directions to protect team members and customers.
