Restaurant Supervisor – Lounge

About the role

The Restaurant Supervisor (Lounge) leads the lounge operation as a high‑performing profit centre, delivering exceptional guest experiences that align with Marco Polo Hotel standards. You will oversee daily Food & Beverage activities, ensure service efficiency, and maintain consistent quality across the outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily lounge operations, guaranteeing efficient service delivery and high guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and control operational costs, including payroll, inventory, and expenses, while ensuring accurate POS transactions and financial reporting.
• Lead and coordinate the team by assigning duties, conducting briefings, managing schedules, and driving staff performance.
• Maintain excellent guest relations by handling inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and fostering a warm, professional atmosphere.
• Oversee administrative and compliance functions such as inventory control, cleanliness standards, inter‑department coordination, and facility maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in luxury hospitality or upscale Food & Beverage environments with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Comprehensive knowledge of fine‑dining service standards, premium beverage service, and luxury guest expectations.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities, capable of training, motivating, and managing a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure setting.
