About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead daily operations at Shakey's Moonbay, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and high‑quality food and beverage service. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while meeting revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including service standards and food safety.
• Manage staff schedules, recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and control costs.
• Implement operational policies and procedures to achieve revenue goals.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.

Required profile
