Residential Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Residential Construction Project Manager to lead large‑scale residential developments across the Northeast. The role spans the full project lifecycle, from pre‑construction engineering to final quality assurance, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre‑construction planning, including logistics, subcontracting, design coordination, and value engineering.
• Oversee day‑to‑day project execution: scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, safety compliance, and quality control.
• Manage subcontractor relationships to ensure timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
• Facilitate communication, coordination, and conflict resolution among cross‑functional teams.
• Track milestones, budgets, and documentation using project management software.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance measures to meet client expectations.
• Contribute to the improvement of departmental tools, processes, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s a plus).
• 1‑4 years of construction project management experience, preferably in residential developments.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the Northeast.
