Residential Construction Estimator (Part-time, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Residential Construction Estimator to join our team on a part‑time, remote basis. You will work directly with the builder or business owner, taking ownership of the full estimating lifecycle from initial take‑off to final cost proposal.

Key responsibilities

• Develop accurate cost estimates for residential construction projects using provided plans and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with the builder/business owner to understand project scope and requirements.
• Prepare detailed estimate reports, including material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Maintain and update estimating databases, ensuring data integrity and timely revisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Residential Construction Estimator.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost structures.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills for direct interaction with owners and stakeholders.
