Resident Engineer – Maintenance (Pampanga)

About the role
The Resident Engineer will provide technical and logistical support for the maintenance and operation of the store’s electrical and mechanical facilities in Pampanga. This role ensures reliable performance of all plant equipment and supports continuous improvement of facility services.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and oversee a preventive maintenance program for all electrical and mechanical machinery and equipment.
- Monitor and manage preventive maintenance contracts awarded to third‑party contractors.
- Estimate, evaluate, and coordinate civil, electrical, and mechanical works that require repair or replacement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a professional license.
- 1–3 years of experience in engineering, preferably in facility or plant maintenance.
Required skills
- Preventive maintenance planning and execution.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Contract monitoring and management.
- Cost estimation and evaluation of repair projects.
