About the role
The Resident Engineer will provide technical and logistical support for the maintenance and operation of the store’s electrical and mechanical facilities in Laoag. This position ensures that all plant equipment runs reliably and complies with safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Implement a preventive maintenance program for all electrical and mechanical machinery and equipment.
- Monitor and manage preventive maintenance contracts awarded to third‑party contractors.
- Estimate and evaluate civil, electrical and mechanical works that require repair or replacement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) and a professional engineering license.
- 1–3 years of experience in engineering, preferably in maintenance of electrical/mechanical systems.
