Reserve Officer – Business Center Support (Bank)

About the role

The Reserve Officer supports Business Center operations by stepping in for absent personnel and ensuring strict compliance with bank policies, BSP/AMLA regulations, and other external rules. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and contributing to overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assume the duties of Service Manager, Service Officer, Service Associate, or Service Associate‑Pickup Teller when they are absent.
• Assist the Regional Service Head with case‑by‑case compliance reviews.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks such as special investigations, account reconciliations, and ATM duty officer responsibilities as directed by the District Service Head.
• Ensure Business Center transactions are processed within prescribed limits, approvals, and authorities according to bank policies and operational manuals.

Required profile

• Ability to work efficiently in a banking and sales environment and handle clients professionally.
• At least a four‑year degree in business or a service‑industry‑oriented course.
• Extensive knowledge of bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
• Sales or marketing experience in a bank is an advantage.
• Willingness to be assigned to different branches within the designated area.
