Reservations Specialist – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

KasaKasa is looking for a Reservations Specialist to join its Guest Experience team. The role is fully remote based in the Philippines and focuses on delivering a 5‑star reservation experience through phone, email and chat. You will guide travelers, match them with suitable accommodations and secure bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound guest inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Assess travelers’ needs and recommend appropriate Kasa accommodations.
• Process reservations accurately and maintain up‑to‑date booking records.
• Collaborate with pricing and operations teams to ensure optimal rates.
• Handle guest issues promptly, providing empathetic and effective solutions.
• Document guest interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Identify and report process gaps to enhance the reservation workflow.

Required profile

• Multiple years of experience in hospitality or a service‑focused environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing, technology‑driven setting.
• Resilient attitude when handling repetitive or challenging guest interactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a genuine, caring tone.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a guest‑centric mindset.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable following established processes.
• Adaptable to new tools, procedures and automation technologies.

Required skills

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proficiency with reservation and CRM platforms.
• Comfortable using chat, email and phone support tools.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite.
