About the role

The Reservations Sales Specialist provides expert travel advice and solutions, acting as a critical touch point for delivering the IHG brand experience. You will champion the brand, educate guests about products, and use market insight to meet unique travel needs while driving revenue and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver industry‑leading reservation solutions in English and additional languages.
• Demonstrate brand‑heart behaviours, showcasing knowledge, passion, and pride.
• Consistently meet or exceed performance targets such as revenue, conversion, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Build rapport with guests through active listening and a conversational, friendly approach.
• Inspire loyalty by providing personalized, efficient service tailored to guest needs.
• Navigate multiple web‑based systems while managing various work streams to enhance the guest experience.
• Manage time effectively, adhering to schedules, attendance, and break compliance.
• Participate in company initiatives, training, and events, and take ownership of personal development.

Required profile

• Secondary education or high school diploma preferred (not mandatory).
• Previous call‑center experience in a sales capacity or other call‑handling experience preferred.
• Hotel or travel industry experience is desirable.

Required skills

• Strong web‑based navigation skills.
