Reservations Executive (Night Shift)

About the role

As a Reservations Executive on the night shift, you will be the key link between G2 Travel’s global sales network and our suppliers across Europe and the Middle East. You will turn customers' holiday dreams into reality by managing bookings, cancellations and amendments with speed and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with hotels, coach operators, ferry lines, railways, restaurants and attractions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve queries and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Process booking requests, cancellations and amendments promptly, updating confirmations in relevant systems.
• Prioritise workload to meet critical deadlines and monitor booking status for potential issues.
• Negotiate competitive rates with suppliers to protect profitability.
• Identify suitable alternatives when preferred options are unavailable.
• Develop deep product and destination knowledge.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills across multiple channels.
• Previous experience in tourism, travel or customer‑care environments is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional European languages (Spanish, French, Italian, German, Portuguese) highly desirable.
• Customer‑first mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
• Team player with a strong focus on delivering accurate results.
