About the role

The Reservations Associate supports the front‑office team by handling all guest booking inquiries, ensuring smooth reservation processes and helping to maximise room occupancy for the hotel.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email and online platforms.
  • Assist guests with booking modifications, cancellations and special requests.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and update the property management system.
  • Collaborate with sales and housekeeping to optimise room inventory and occupancy rates.
  • Provide courteous, prompt and professional customer service throughout the reservation journey.

Required profile

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for hospitality.
  • Basic numeracy and ability to handle cash‑less transactions.
