Research & Innovations Officer

About the role

LoveYourself, Inc. is seeking a Research & Innovations Officer to oversee the management and safe handling of investigational products in clinical studies. The role works closely with the Research Lead, study coordinators, and the broader research team to ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and sponsor requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with program and clinical teams to review and prepare study protocols, case report forms (CRFs), informed consent documents (ICDs) and other study materials.
• Assist in developing project timelines, milestones and site readiness activities, including feasibility assessments and initiation.
• Conduct regular site visits, train site staff, and support patient recruitment and retention efforts.
• Monitor patient safety by documenting and reporting adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs) in line with study guidelines.
• Review source data and CRFs for completeness, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data integrity.
• Support audits, inspections and regulatory compliance across all sites, providing timely status reports to the Program Lead.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of clinical research protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in coordinating multi‑site clinical trials and managing investigational product logistics.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
