Research Assistant – Construction Projects

About the role
Hubexo is seeking a motivated Research Assistant to support its construction intelligence team. You will help identify and track upcoming construction projects in Australia and New Zealand, providing accurate data that drives our clients’ decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and verify information on ongoing and upcoming construction projects across Australia and New Zealand.
- Conduct research via phone, email, internet and newspaper sources.
- Communicate directly with industry professionals such as developers, architects and builders to qualify project details.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of projects as they progress through development stages.
Required profile
- Graduate of any four‑year degree program, preferably in Arts‑related studies.
- High‑level English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling multi‑tasking environments.
- Hard‑working attitude with a willingness to undergo a 1–4 week probationary training period.
- Experience in customer service or research is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Makati City.
