Reporting Analyst (AP/AR)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a meticulous Reporting Analyst to join its Reporting Team in Paranaque. The role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and delivering accurate financial reports that support decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and compile data from various sources, including databases and spreadsheets.
• Generate timely and accurate reports, ensuring data quality through validation checks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide insightful data storytelling.
• Continuously improve reporting processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Experience with Tableau and UiPath or other financial modelling tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
