Replenishment Planner

About the role

As a Replenishment Planner at TE, you will coordinate stock flows from multiple TE plants to our distribution centers, ensuring that inventory levels meet customer demand. You will work closely with planning, DC operations, and customer care teams to guarantee on‑time, complete deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage intercompany material flows for assigned plants and distribution centers.
• Execute procurement activities from purchase requisition through purchase order release.
• Create and process manual delivery orders to ensure issue‑free customer shipments.
• Review and resolve exception messages, blocked orders, and customer returns.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as Past Due to Request, STR, STS, and inventory levels.
• Identify and implement cross‑functional improvements to boost customer service, inventory efficiency, and delivery performance.
• Maintain accurate master data for system governance and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of MRP, procurement, and purchasing processes.
• 3–5 years of planning experience in supply chain management.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to communicate across functional teams.
