Remote Training Manager – L&D Programs (Philippines)

About the role

The L&D and Training Programs Manager will act as the creative engine behind Prisma International Corporation’s educational brand. Working 100% remotely from the Philippines, you will design, develop, and deliver training and marketing content that supports global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end development of instructional and marketing materials for flagship training programs and CEUs.
• Design and execute social‑media strategies across all platforms to build brand awareness.
• Create visual and interactive content using Canva, PowToon, and Kahoot.
• Author a variety of training publications and digital learning assets.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and relevance of training content.

Required profile

• Bilingual: native or fluent American English plus another world language.
• Formal degree (BA/BS, Master/MBA, or PhD) as indicated by salary tier.
• Availability for a 40‑hour week on a term contract (2026‑2028).
• Possession of U.S. certifications (CHI, CMI, Court Certified, FCCI) to qualify for onboarding bonus.

What we offer

• Base pay ranging from PHP 30,000 to PHP 45,000 per month, dependent on education and experience.
• One‑time onboarding bonus of PHP 15,000 for qualified U.S. certifications.
