Remote Sales Manager – Metro Manila

About the role

RateHawk, a leading travel‑tech brand of Emerging Travel Group, is looking for a proactive Sales Manager to drive B2B sales in the Philippines. The role is fully remote but requires residence in Metro Manila and focuses on expanding our partner network across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Promote RateHawk’s international travel platform in the Philippines and Singapore territory.
• Identify, sign‑up and train new B2B partners, guiding them through system onboarding.
• Negotiate and close API integration deals with both new and existing partners.
• Maintain long‑term relationships, monitor compliance with commercial terms and oversee payment flows.
• Provide market and competitive analysis, and deliver regular performance reports.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in B2B sales or business development.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog; additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive, results‑oriented, comfortable in a fast‑changing environment and a strong team player.
• Data‑driven decision maker with solid analytical and numerical skills.
• Willingness to travel for market visits (approximately 40‑50% of working time).
