Remote Registered Nurse – Homecare Support (Philippines)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Registered Nurse based in the Philippines to join a New York‑based home care agency. The RN will support the Patient Care department, collaborating with NYC nursing staff, care coordinators, and a large network of caregivers. This full‑time position works aligned with New York business hours and focuses on caregiver support, care coordination, and patient follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Provide caregivers with follow‑up reminders, support high‑acuity client cases under supervision of NYC RN staff, and reinforce care‑plan compliance.
• Assist the Patient Care Coordinator with documentation, care tracking, and escalation of urgent clinical concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of patient and caregiver interactions and ensure clear communication across active shifts.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and operational staff to sustain continuity of care in a remote environment.

Required profile

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with hands‑on nursing experience.
• Prior experience in home healthcare, home care, or senior care preferred.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently in a remote setting.
