Remote Recruiter

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a Remote Recruiter to connect skilled healthcare professionals with U.S.-based healthcare clients. You will work from home, supporting the full hiring lifecycle for roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using CareerPlug, LinkedIn, Facebook groups and other job boards.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews through HelloHire or similar platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
• Support document collection, license verification, background checks and compliance tasks.
• Track recruitment funnel metrics (application rates, interview counts, time‑to‑hire) and suggest workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Strong interest in healthcare staffing and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities remotely.
