Remote Recruiter

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a Remote Recruiter to connect skilled healthcare professionals with U.S.-based clients. You will work from home, sourcing and placing candidates for a variety of clinical and caregiving positions while supporting the overall hiring strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers.
• Conduct phone screens, schedule and coordinate interviews using HelloHire or similar platforms.
• Utilize CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for candidate outreach.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
• Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
• Track recruitment funnel metrics and recommend workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Experience recruiting for healthcare or related fields.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast‑paced environment and meet hiring targets.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
