Remote Recruiter for Childcare & Nanny Placement

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Remote Recruiter to support our growing childcare and nanny placement platform. You will manage high‑volume recruitment, match candidates with client expectations, and ensure smooth onboarding in a fully virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for occasional and placement nanny positions.
• Post job openings, source qualified candidates, and screen resumes.
• Conduct virtual interviews via Google Meet and verify documentation.
• Perform reference checks and credential verification.
• Prepare nanny profiles and onboard hires into company systems.
• Coordinate orientations, meetings, and follow‑up communications.
• Maintain recruitment records, templates, and documentation.
• Support recruitment through social media engagement and schedule management.

Required profile

• Highly organized and proactive with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable handling high‑volume recruitment in a remote setting.
