Remote Property Conveyancing Paralegal (Philippines)

About the role

We are seeking a Property Conveyancing Paralegal to support our UK Property Transactions team remotely from the Philippines. You will help coordinate acquisitions, sales, remortgaging and disposals, ensuring legal matters progress smoothly and meet commercial deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support legal processes for property acquisitions, sales, remortgaging and disposals.
• Liaise with solicitors, agents, lenders, local authorities and other stakeholders to move transactions forward efficiently.
• Prepare and review legal documentation such as Heads of Terms, sale contracts, leases, development agreements and security documents.
• Manage due‑diligence by collecting and reviewing title documents, search results, planning permissions and related materials.
• Maintain transaction trackers, valuation packs, property information forms and ensure critical dates are met.
• Support post‑completion activities including Land Registry applications and discharge of charges.
• Assist the wider team with compliance, record‑keeping and ad‑hoc legal tasks.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years experience in property, conveyancing, legal support or real‑estate transactions.
• Preferably exposure to UK property transactions, acquisitions, disposals, leasing or remortgaging.
• Experience working with solicitors, brokers, lenders or property professionals.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
