Remote Patient Educator – Registered Nurse (Florida License)

About the role

Serene Resolutions seeks a Philippines‑based Registered Nurse holding an active Florida RN license to deliver phone‑based patient education for Florida patients. This remote position works during U.S. Eastern business hours and focuses on explaining medication changes, lab orders, and routine care instructions.

Key responsibilities

• Call patients to explain provider‑approved medication changes, including reasons and expectations.
• Educate patients and families about lab orders, preparation steps, and testing locations.
• Answer routine questions using approved protocols and educational materials.
• Identify queries that require clinical judgment beyond protocols and route them to the provider team.
• Document every patient interaction accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Coordinate with providers and care teams to ensure timely education and appropriate follow‑up.

Required profile

• Active, unrestricted Florida RN license (single‑state license only).
• Current residence in the Philippines (no U.S. visa sponsorship).
• Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience in patient education, medical‑surgical, ambulatory care, chronic disease management, telehealth, or similar settings.
• Excellent written and spoken English with clear, compassionate communication.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday during U.S. Eastern business hours.
• Professional home office with reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet, private workspace.
