About the role
Edge Tutor is looking for enthusiastic math tutors to deliver online lessons to children. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home on a stable, part‑time schedule with a fixed monthly salary.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct live, interactive math tutoring sessions for primary and secondary students.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with curriculum standards.
- Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about student performance.
Required profile
- Strong command of elementary and secondary school mathematics.
- Ability to teach in English and maintain a professional online presence.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.
Required skills
- Proficiency with video‑conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
- Basic digital classroom tools (e.g., virtual whiteboard, screen sharing).
