Remote IT Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Specialist to handle inbound technical support calls, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers in using our software to boost office productivity. The role blends remote assistance with occasional onsite presence in Davao City.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and process customer calls efficiently, following proper troubleshooting steps.
• Ask clarifying questions to uncover root causes and provide timely resolutions.
• Educate customers on product features and best practices.
• Maintain call ownership, follow‑up on open items, and document interactions.
• Assist with additional Tech I assignments and participate in special projects.

Required profile

• At least two years of college education (IT‑related studies a plus).
• Previous call‑center experience handling technical escalations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Customer‑first mindset with a friendly, confident personality.
• Willingness to work onsite in Davao City (relocation assistance available).
