Remote Home Care Training Specialist

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a Remote Home Care Training Specialist who will design, deliver, and continuously improve learning experiences for its Remote Team Members (RTMs). The role blends instruction, coaching, and curriculum design to help new hires gain confidence and competence in client‑facing positions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and facilitate engaging virtual training sessions for new RTMs.
• Create, update, and maintain clear learning materials and guides.
• Lead workshops, online classes, and one‑on‑one coaching to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Track attendance, progress, and performance metrics, ensuring accurate records.
• Collect feedback and iterate on training programs to enhance effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing and delivering remote training or instructional programs.
• Strong communication and mentorship abilities.
• Ability to translate technical tasks into practical, easy‑to‑understand content.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
