About the role
We are looking for a Remote Home Care Training Specialist to design, deliver and continuously improve learning experiences for our Remote Team Members. In this role you will act as instructor, mentor and coach, helping new hires build the confidence and skills needed to succeed in client‑facing remote positions.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions for new hires and existing team members.
- Create, update and maintain learning materials to ensure content stays fresh and relevant.
- Lead workshops, online classes and one‑on‑one coaching sessions to accommodate different learning styles.
- Track attendance, progress and performance during training and keep accurate records.
- Collect feedback and continuously improve training programs.
Required profile
- Passion for helping others grow and succeed.
- Experience designing and delivering training or educational programs.
- Strong communication and mentoring abilities.
- Comfortable working remotely with a globally distributed team.
