About the role
Edge Tutor is looking for enthusiastic English as a Second Language (ESL) teachers to deliver online lessons to children aged 4‑12. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while helping young learners improve their English skills.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct live, interactive English lessons for kids aged 4‑12 via the company’s virtual platform.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials in line with the curriculum provided by Edge Tutor.
- Track student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians.
- Maintain a high booking rate by being available for scheduled sessions.
Required profile
- Passion for teaching children and ability to engage young learners online.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Basic proficiency in English; no prior ESL experience required.

- Hourly pay of Php 180‑200.
- Up to Php 10,000 in performance bonuses and a Php 5,000 starter bonus.
- Potential earnings of up to Php 45,000 per month with high booking rates.
