Remote Dayforce WFM Consultant (Philippines)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Dayforce Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant to join a global client engagement on a remote basis. The consultant will work independently to analyse requirements, configure the Dayforce WFM and Advanced Scheduling modules, and provide end‑to‑end support from implementation through post‑go‑live stabilization.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, support, and optimise Dayforce WFM and Advanced Scheduling modules.
• Set up complex shift patterns, rotation rules, coverage rules and self‑service scheduling.
• Translate business requirements, labour rules and operational constraints into scalable Dayforce system logic.
• Troubleshoot schedule generation issues, coverage gaps and configuration problems.
• Support UAT, defect resolution, client validation, go‑live readiness and post‑go‑live support.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, functional and technical teams to ensure solution effectiveness.
• Work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on experience with Dayforce or Ceridian.
• Strong background in Dayforce WFM and Advanced Scheduling.
• Proven experience in implementation, configuration, support, UAT and post‑go‑live activities.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work with international stakeholders.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated and comfortable with flexible remote engagements.
