Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate service calls and ensure timely resolution of tenant concerns.
• Handle rent‑related communications, including payment updates and general questions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the back‑support team to address tenant needs efficiently.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Prior experience in customer service or property management (a plus).
• Comfortable working remotely and proficient with technology.
• Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
