About the role
We are looking for a dedicated General Worker/Operator to deliver exceptional customer service through online channels such as email and live chat. This remote position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Work with teammates to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and follow‑up communications as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Approximately 35 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
- Strong communication, empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism.
Required skills
- Proficiency in English.
