Remote Clinical Trial Support Specialist

About the role

Angel City VA is seeking remote Clinical Trial Support Specialists to assist independent research sites, sponsors, CROs, and healthcare organizations. The role is open for full‑time, part‑time, and project‑based engagements and supports the entire clinical trial lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Guide trial participants through study procedures, visit expectations, and informed‑consent processes.
• Deliver patient education, engagement, and retention touchpoints throughout the trial.
• Provide regulatory support, including documentation compliance with GCP and HIPAA standards.
• Assist with study operations, finance, administration, and sponsor relations as needed.
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure high‑quality remote trial support and timely issue resolution.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in medical or biopharmaceutical settings.
• Current GCP and HIPAA training certifications.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Detail‑oriented, ethical, and passionate about patient care.
• Willingness to provide three professional references and undergo background checks.
