Remote Accountant – 3-5 Years Experience

About the role

We are a fast‑growing Los Angeles‑based accounting and advisory firm seeking a remote Accountant based in the Philippines. You will own client deliverables, mentor junior staff, and help drive quality and efficiency across a diverse portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports for multiple clients.
• Review work completed by associate accountants to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Reconcile complex accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Collaborate with managers and leadership to meet client deadlines.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives in accounting workflows.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA, ACCA, or CA certification preferred.
• Strong technical accounting foundation with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to guide junior team members and manage multiple client deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a drive for career growth.
