Relationship Manager - Wealth Management

About the role

The Relationship Manager will grow and deepen relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, driving new business and expanding existing accounts for the bank's wealth management division.

Key responsibilities

• Solicit new high‑net‑worth accounts and deepen existing relationships to meet targeted sales volume, assets under management (AUM) and revenue goals.
• Develop a network of prospective clients and referrals, scheduling regular calls and visits to uncover investment needs.
• Conduct client meetings to profile investment objectives, risk tolerance and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client information, ensuring compliance with KYC, AML and other regulatory requirements.
• Coach Relationship Associates on product positioning and sales techniques.
• Provide professional financial advisory services, market updates and timely account servicing to foster client loyalty.
• Liaise with internal bank units and affiliated companies to coordinate client solutions.

Required profile

• Team player with confidence in client interactions and ability to close business transactions.
• At least a four‑year degree in a business‑related field.
• Preferably fluent in Chinese.
