Relationship Manager - Wealth Management

About the role

The Relationship Manager will grow and deepen relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, managing existing accounts and acquiring new ones. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored financial solutions while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Solicit and develop new high‑net‑worth accounts to meet sales volume and AUM targets.
• Maintain and expand existing client relationships through regular calls, visits, and proactive service.
• Assess clients' investment needs, risk profiles, and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Ensure all client information is up‑to‑date and compliant with KYC, AML, and BSP regulations.
• Provide coaching and sales support to Relationship Associates.
• Coordinate with internal bank units and affiliated companies to deliver seamless service.
• Monitor market developments and communicate opportunities to clients.

Required profile

• Graduate with a 4‑year degree in a business‑related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in client interactions.
• Preferably fluent in Chinese.
