Relationship Manager – Wealth Management

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Wealth Management will grow and deepen relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and delivering tailored financial advisory services to meet clients' investment needs.

Key responsibilities

• Solicit new high‑net‑worth accounts and deepen existing relationships to achieve targeted sales volume, assets under management (AUM) and revenue goals.
• Develop and maintain a network of prospective clients and referrals; schedule regular calls and visits.
• Conduct client meetings to identify investment needs, update risk profiles, and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Ensure all client information is complete, up‑to‑date, and compliant with bank and regulatory requirements (KYC, AMLA, BSP).
• Provide sales coaching to Relationship Associates to enhance product knowledge and marketing capability.
• Deliver timely, professional account management and financial advisory services to foster client loyalty.
• Monitor market developments (FX, bonds, equities) and communicate opportunities to clients.
• Coordinate with internal bank units and affiliated companies to service wealth‑management clients.

Required profile

• Team player with confidence in client interactions and ability to drive successful transactions.
• At least a four‑year degree in any business‑related field.
• Preferably fluent in Chinese.

Required skills

• Knowledge of KYC and AML regulations.
• Understanding of wealth‑management products and financial markets.
