Regulatory Officer – Pharmacy & FDA Compliance

About the role

The Regulatory Officer will act as the company pharmacist, ensuring that SBS Philippines Corporation complies with all government regulations related to the import, distribution, and sale of chemical, pharmaceutical, and medical products. The role supports documentation, monitors regulatory changes, and liaises with agencies such as the FDA.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, evaluate, and submit applications (CDRR, CFRR, CDRRHR) and related documents to the FDA.
• Maintain and update LTOs, CPRs, and other required permits.
• Represent the company during FDA inspections and ensure all applications are fully processed.
• Monitor pending applications, follow up on deficiencies, and manage amendments.
• Handle licenses and permits with the Bureau of Animal Industry.
• Assist the Regulatory Head with other government registrations and keep the master product list current.
• Maintain organized records of all regulatory documents.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Regulatory Head or management.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
• Knowledge of regulatory policies, procedures, and chemical/pharmacological properties.
• Ability to work under pressure, both in office and field settings.
• Strong interpersonal communication, logical thinking, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
• Physical fitness to handle field work when required.
