Registered Pharmacist – UK Support (Manila)

About the role

Eucalyptus is seeking a Registered Pharmacist to provide clinical support to patients receiving weight‑management treatment. You will work alongside doctors, nurses and other pharmacists, triaging enquiries and ensuring patients receive accurate medical guidance through email, live chat and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Provide medical support to patients via email, live chat and calls, triaging enquiries and side‑effects.
• Assess severity of side‑effects, give appropriate advice and escalate when needed.
• Ensure timely, accurate responses while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Monitor patient progress using tracker data and proactively reach out to improve treatment adherence.
• Share patient feedback and insights with the clinical services team to drive service improvements.

Required profile

• Registered Pharmacist with at least 2 years post‑registration experience in healthcare.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to convey medical information clearly via email, chat and phone.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, handling interruptions and shifting workloads.
• Detail‑oriented with a task‑oriented mindset and strict adherence to processes.
• Willing to work a late mid‑shift schedule (2 PM‑11 PM or 7 PM‑4 AM Manila time) with flexible weekends.
