Registered Pharmacist – Remote FRED Dispense Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Registered Pharmacist to join our remote dispensing team. You will use the FRED Dispense platform to process prescriptions accurately, ensure patient safety, and support our on‑site pharmacy operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct remote dispensing via FRED Dispense, adhering to regulatory and professional standards.
• Review medication histories, identify contraindications, duplications, or high‑risk combinations, and escalate concerns.
• Monitor prescribing patterns and SafeScript alerts to support clinically sound decisions.
• Coordinate dispensing workflows, especially during high‑volume or bulk periods.
• Verify labels, instructions, packaging, and documentation for accuracy.
• Review formulation sheets for correct ingredient selection, concentrations, and calculations.
• Maintain meticulous records for audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of pharmacy practice (hospital, community, or remote dispensing).
• Registered pharmacist in the Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, or comparable jurisdiction.
• Experience with compounded medications and formulation review.
• Familiarity with multi‑site pharmacy operations or telepharmacy workflows.
• Strong written and spoken English, professional communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with FRED Dispense dispensing software.
• Experience using SafeScript or similar prescription monitoring systems.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating remotely with pharmacists, technicians, and administrative staff.
