About the role
Santa Cruz Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to work full‑time on the PM or NOC shift. You will deliver high‑quality rehabilitative and skilled nursing care to residents in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments accurately.
- Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions.
- Record clinical changes in electronic health records.
- Lead and supervise vocational nursing staff.
- Coordinate care plans with physicians.
- Respond promptly to resident emergencies.
Required profile
- Valid California RN license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Willingness to work weekday and weekend shifts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Preference for experience with electronic health records.
Required skills
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience.
