Regional Supply Chain Planner – Manila (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Supply Chain Planner to join IFF in Manila on a hybrid basis. You will help ensure six‑sigma raw‑material availability and achieve 98 % on‑time performance across six manufacturing plants in EAME.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily demand from six manufacturing plants and execute purchases to replenish stock.
• Monitor inbound deliveries, resolve raw‑material shortages, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Liaise with local supply‑chain planners and site managers to align day‑to‑day planning.
• Collaborate with procurement and vendors to improve delivery schedules and processes.
• Optimize raw‑material availability, global inventory days, and reduce obsolete/slow‑moving stock.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives as the accountable person for taste raw‑material planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Management or Operations Management.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in planning or operational buying.
• Strong understanding of MRP and related demand‑supply applications.
• Ability to manage expectations in an international environment with dispersed stakeholders.

Required skills

• MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems.
• Six Sigma methodology.
