Regional Finance Officer

About the role

The Regional Finance Officer will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and profitability analysis for projects within the region. This role collaborates closely with accounting, the Regional General Manager, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate financial data and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare project financial reports, including cash flow and profit & loss statements.
• Evaluate project life cycles to ensure target profitability.
• Determine optimal product pricing to maximize margins.
• Review monthly Landowner reports and recommend approvals.
• Maintain Net Present Value data for each assigned project.
• Manage budgeting and financial planning processes for projects.
• Recommend improvements to budgeting and accounting procedures.
• Forecast financial performance of new regional projects.
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure accurate reporting.
• Review and recommend payment requests via e‑RFP.
• Support the Regional General Manager with financial reports and forecasts.

Required profile

• Graduate of Accountancy with a CPA license.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business finance and accounting.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, reporting, and analysis.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and data‑gathering abilities.
• Ability to work independently with accountability for results.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SAP Business One (preferred).
