Recruitment Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our team remotely. You will build and maintain a virtual bench of qualified candidates, ensuring a strong cultural fit for our clients while supporting full‑life‑cycle hiring across various roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for client locations, including job ad creation and talent attraction strategies.
• Gather hiring requirements from hiring managers and track all requisition and candidate activity.
• Conduct reference and background checks, extend offers and facilitate negotiations when required.
• Research markets, companies and industry trends to shape sourcing strategies.
• Build pipelines of qualified and under‑represented candidates using diverse sourcing channels.
• Prepare candidates for interviews, update resumes as needed, and handle high‑volume openings (direct hire, temp‑to‑perm, temp).
• Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports and distribute client/candidate satisfaction surveys.

Required profile

• Experience with internet recruiting systems, posting requisitions and tracking hiring statistics.
• Ability to create reports and interpret data from an ATS such as Oanet.
• Familiarity with web‑based job boards and effective Boolean search techniques.
• Proven capability to source passive candidates and manage high‑volume recruitment while maintaining professionalism.

• Salary range of PHP 40,000 – PHP 50,000 per month (based on experience)
